Associates will be part of the Operation - Internal Audit and service delivery team in Buddy4study.Associates will assist the Internal Audit Manager in the implementation of a strong system of internal controls and procedures that will ensure major risks to the organization are identified and analyzed.Associates will also responsible for implementing risk assessment checklist, analysis results and preparation of audit reports for multiple projects.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Implement the risk assessment checklist and test the operation process. This will involve coordinating with different team Managers.
- Perform random sample testing (make calls, data check) and inquiries to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Preparation of reports on audit exercises and submit with recommendations in accordance with requirement.
- Perform any other duties related to the job function as may be assigned by the Manager or any other senior team member of the B4S.

**Eligibility and Required Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience of at least 1-2 years, working in programme operations with development sector,tech based company, social audit organization.

**Key skills and required competencies**:

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, word, power point).
- Good program management skills with experience in managing individual projects and M&E.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Integrity: Displays honesty, and credibility in relationships and work situations.
- Ability to learn industry standards.
