**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and others**.
- Create engaging multimedia content (posts, images, videos, stories) aligned with our company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create content calendars.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like **Google Analytics**, **Hootsuite**, or **Buffer**.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive online communities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., **Hootsuite, Buffer**).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Understanding of social media trends and their impact on brand marketing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.

**Job Details**:

- **Employment Type**: Full-Time
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 Year
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Office Timing**: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
