**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
- **Digital Marketing**: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing campaigns.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum [7] years of experience in marketing, with at least [9] years in a leadership role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
