**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads through market research and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and provide effective business solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve profitable sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare detailed sales reports.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent **communication** and **negotiation** abilities.
- Strong **English proficiency** (spoken and written).
- Ability to confidently interact with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Time management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**
- **MBA in Sales / Marketing** (preferred).
- **1-2 years of experience** in sales, business development, or client management.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
