**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to develop and update lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum delivery, pedagogy, and classroom management techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and instructional audits to monitor teaching effectiveness, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Analyze student performance data, including assessments, examinations, and standardized tests, to identify areas for improvement and inform instructional decision-making.
- Coordinate academic enrichment programs, remedial interventions, and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall educational experience and promote student success.
- Facilitate parent-teacher conferences, workshops, and communication channels to keep parents informed about their child's academic progress and provide support for their involvement in their child's education.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Stay informed about developments in education research, pedagogy, and best practices, and share knowledge with teachers to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, with demonstrated success in instructional leadership and curriculum development will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum framework, assessment practices, and academic standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and students.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms for instructional delivery, assessment, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve student achievement.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning, with a passion for innovation and excellence in education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
