**Job title: Modular Kitchen Designer - Luxury Kitchens & Wardrobes**
**Department : Designing**
**Office timings : 10:30AM - 8:00 PM**
**Working Days : Mon - Saturday**

**Responsibilities**:
**Design and Concept Development**:

- Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences.
- Create detailed drawings, and specifications for cabinetry, countertops, lighting, appliances, fixtures, and other components.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware in alignment with design aesthetics and budget

**Client Interaction**:

- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design proposals and revisions to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs.
- Provide expert advice on design choices, material selection, and layout considerations.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Lead and mentor a team of junior designers and drafters.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, marketing) to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies, and integrate these into design practices.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software) to create accurate and detailed design plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of installations.
- Resolve any design-related issues that arise during the construction or installation phases.
- Conduct post-installation reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any final adjustments

**Skills Requirement**:

- Creative flair
- Good technical understanding of furniture design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Should be a graduate
- Having Min 5 yrs experience in Modular Design

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
