**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:
**◦ Engage proactively with walk-in customers, offering expert advice on modular kitchen solutions.**

**◦ Generate leads through referrals, events, online platforms, and other channels.**

**◦ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.**
- **Client Relationship Management**:
**◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.**

**◦ Collect customer feedback and insights to help continuously improve our products and services.**
- **Business Development**:
**◦ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to extend the reach of our experience center.**

**◦ Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to forge strategic alliances.**

**◦ Conduct regular visits to industry professionals, inviting them to our experience center and discussing new project opportunities.**
- **Quotation and Proposal Preparation**:
**◦ Prepare accurate, detailed quotations tailored to customer requirements and design preferences.**

**◦ Present proposals to clients, addressing inquiries and making modifications as needed.**
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
**◦ Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.**

**◦ Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to support product development and market positioning.**
- **Sales Administration**:
**◦ Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.**

**◦ Work with the sales operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.**
