**Job Title**:Parent-Toddler Facilitator and Daycare Facilitator

**Location**: Kintsugi Village, Jhala Society near Mc Donalds, Kothrud

**Job Type**: Part Time

**Timing**:2 pm to 7 pm

**Salary**: 15k to 18k per Month

**Key Responsibilities**:
Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children aged 1-12 years.

Develop and implement play-based learning activities rooted in creativity, emotional intelligence, and nature-based education.

Observe and support each child’s individual needs and growth.

Foster positive communication with parents, team members, and children.

Plan and facilitate weekly parent-toddler sessions focused on connection, play, rhythm, and developmentally appropriate activities.

Lead enriching sessions for children (8 months to 24 months) and their parents/caregivers. You will hold space for early development through play, rhythm, and gentle structure, while also offering guidance, insight, and emotional support to parents on their journey.

Maintain a clean, organized, and enriching learning space.

**Qualification and Skills**:
Is nurturing, patient, and passionate about child development.

Brings creativity, playfulness, and mindfulness into their work.

Holds or is working toward relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

Is a team player with strong communication skills and a growth mindset
