Academic Facilitator

Position: Academic Facilitator (Teacher) - Preschool / Daycare
Work Timings: 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM (2nd and 4th Saturdays are holidays)
Location: Sector 21, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Academics
- Planning and conducting the academic sessions, preparing the lesson plans and assessing the academic progress of children. Arranging/preparing the required teaching aids for the academic sessions.
- Helping the Centre Coordinator in planning the academic calendar and in organizing events, field trips, guest talks etc.
- Participating in educational events and conferences; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Communication
- Managing parent relations with the assigned group and conducting PTMs
Bookkeeping and Documentation
- Ensuring timeliness and attendance
- Preparing the daily, monthly, annual teacher/student reports
Coordination
- Working with the school team to ensure the program implementation standards. Guiding the assigned caregiver to ensure the availability of stationery and the ancillary facilities for the children
Role Prerequisites
- Female with Bachelor's degree with a recognized Montessori/NT training
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a preschool preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
