Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Service Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests by delivering high-quality service in a timely manner. They are responsible for assisting with food and beverage service operations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas, and upholding company standards for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering orders to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries regarding menu items.
- Upselling additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Collaborating with team members to provide efficient and attentive service during peak hours.
- Participating in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including dress code and grooming standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift trays for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
