The F&B Associate plays a crucial role in the food and beverage industry. They are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, as well as maintaining high standards in food and beverage presentation and service. This role is essential to the smooth operation of any dining establishment, as F&B Service Associates directly interact with guests and contribute to their overall dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menus and help customers select food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drinks orders
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Attend to customer requests and concerns in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Assist in setting up tables and decorations for special events
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Perform opening and closing duties as required

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
