**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Outside Sales Representative** with a focus on **cold calling** to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building new client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound cold calls, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and closing deals in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
- Schedule and attend client meetings in-person to present sales proposals
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or cold calling (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
