Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop original designs, sketches, and concepts for seasonal collections.
- Conduct market research to identify current and future fashion trends.
- Select fabrics, colors, and patterns that align with design concepts.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine ideas and finalize collections.
- Oversee sample creation and participate in fittings to ensure designs are executed accurately.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Present final designs to management and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and fashion techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fashion design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, and pattern-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion and design.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
- Experience with fashion forecasting and trend analysis.
- Understanding of different global fashion markets.
