**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design exclusive prints, patterns, and motifs for sarees, kurtis, suits, dupattas, and other ethnic wear
- Work on theme-based collections and interpret seasonal trends into têxtile designs
- Create print layouts, repeats, and placements using design software
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to meet design and production requirements
- Prepare print-ready files and mockups for sampling and production
- Ensure color accuracy and detailing in all designs
- Maintain a digital archive of artwork and completed projects
- Revise designs based on team feedback and sampling results

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing original têxtile prints and ethnic design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian motifs, patterns, and embroidery inspirations
- Awareness of current fashion and color trends in the ethnic wear market
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver creative outputs consistently

**Preferred Skills (Bonus but Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in ethnic print development for block printing, screen printing, or digital printing
- Understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior
- Knowledge of regional têxtile styles like Bandhani, Kalamkari, Bagru, Ikat, etc.
