**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Magazine Upload Specialist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content management. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies while ensuring our magazine content is uploaded and optimized on our digital platforms. This includes overseeing the content creation, marketing campaigns, and magazine uploads on websites. ensuring they are visually appealing and meet SEO and performance standards

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:
Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to promote magazine content (articles, features, issues) effectively through various digital channels.

Support the creation of social media content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotes magazine issues.

Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.

Optimise the business website to increase online traffic.

**Magazine Upload and Management**:
Upload digital magazine issues, articles, and multimedia content to the website, app, or other distribution platforms.

Make sure articles and contents provided by writers are as per magazine guidelines.

Optimize magazine pages for search engines (SEO), ensuring visibility in search results.

Coordinate with the writers for articles submissions on a timely basis.

Maintain an organized archive of magazine issues and ensure past issues are accessible to readers.

Upload advertising banners on the website.

Increase, handle subscribers and users for the online magazine.

Handle print issues of the magazine.

**Content Optimization & SEO**:
Optimize magazine content for SEO, including keywords, meta descriptions, and alt text for images.

Ensure the magazine’s digital presence is user-friendly, accessible, and easy to navigate.

Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of content and user engagement on digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar field.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) for uploading and maintaining digital content.

Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing techniques, and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or InDesign) is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
