Educational Counsellor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students, professionals, and corporate clients to inform them about fire safety and industrial safety courses.
- Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM with relevant details.
- **Counselling & Admissions**:

- Provide detailed information about course curriculum, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and working professionals to help them choose the right program based on their career goals.
- Conduct walk-in counselling sessions for prospective students visiting the institute.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events to represent the institute.
- Handle queries related to fees, course duration, certifications, and placement opportunities.

**Required Skills:Telecalling Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Persuasive and convincing ability to convert leads into admissions.
Active listening skills to understand student queries and concerns.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Data entry and CRM software proficiency for lead management.

**Counselling Skills**:
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students.
Understanding of fire safety and industrial safety courses (training will be provided).
Ability to guide students based on their career aspirations.
Problem-solving skills to address student concerns effectively.
Knowledge of the admission process, certification requirements, and placement prospects.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum **12th pass or a graduate degree** (preferably in any discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in **telecalling, educational counselling, or sales**.
- Prior experience in **safety training institutes, skill development centers, or educational consultancies** will be an added advantage.
