Job Title: School Counsellor

Location: St. Augustine's Day School for Boys

Qualifications:

- Master of Arts (M.A.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology
- Post Graduate degree in Child Development
- Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling
- Has to be from English Medium Background
- Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counseling to students.
- Address the emotional, social, and academic needs of students.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to support student well-being.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for external support if needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in a school setting.
- Knowledge of developmental stages and their impact on learning.
- Familiarity with educational psychology and child development theories.
- Ability to create and deliver workshops for students, staff, and parents on relevant topics.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
