We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to be part of our dynamic US Banking Voice Process team.

Position: Customer Service Representative - US Banking Voice Process

Location: Noida

Salary : 6 LPA

5 Days working

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, and banking transactions via phone.

Provide accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies.

Document interactions and transactions accurately for record-keeping purposes.

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Interested ones with relevant prior experience in a US/UK Banking Process can apply. (Min. 06 months experience)

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
