**Responsibilities**:

- Working with marketing, editorial and operations teams, to understand the technologies and
- Successful in driving sales oriented role.
- Analytical Skill and able to handled huge data volume
- Handled a span of 50-60 Associates along with Tls
- Should be able to create strategies to ensure targets are achieved with no penalty
- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to

provide high quality service and outstanding sales
- Own and manage overall resolution TAT and ensure 100% adherence to agreed turnaround time
- Ensure desired output in terms of Productivity, Revenue Generation
- Acts as a mentor to agents to effectively resolve queries and complaints
- Supervise team and delegate task to team member
- Develops the team and then establish & monitors the processes which best utilize team talents for

the purpose of meeting goals

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
