Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud Technical Oracle Cloud (Fusion) HCM Solution Architect Solution Architect ? for end to end HCM solutioning with experience of atleast 2 Fusion HCM implementations Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Techno-Functional Consultant is expected to Liaise with Customer for Requirements understanding and providing solution design accordingly. Must have expertise in the following areas: Cloud HR Absence Compensation Talent Management Global Payroll SQL Reports - BIP OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) HCM Extracts Customizations Data Migration scripts Fastformula HDL Loads etc. Skills Required: 1. Must have minimum 12+ years of experience including full life cycle implementation in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) environment. 2. Must be able to support UAT/SIT/CRP Roll-Out and Post-Production support activities. 3. Experience in understanding business requirements and design technical deliverables. 4. Expertise in creation of BI Publisher Reports HCM Data Loader (HDL) PBL and OTBI reports in Oracle Cloud environment. 7. Ability to take initiative to communicate interact and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed. 8. Excellent communication skills able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions in highly escalated situations with executives support & customer personnel. 9. Self-driven motivated Pro-active well organized and a thorough planner. 10. Highly skilled at problem-solving & highly developed analytical skills.
