Job SummarySynechron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across our enterprise organization. Day-to-Day ActivitiesConduct requirements gathering sessions with HR and IT teams to understand business needs.Design technical architecture diagrams and detailed solution blueprints for Oracle HCM deployment.Collaborate with developers, integrators, and testers to ensure configurations and integrations meet design specifications.Lead and participate in project planning, status meetings, and stakeholder presentations.Oversee system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing phases.Provide technical guidance during system go-live and post-deployment support, ensuring minimal disruptions.Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and implement upgrades or patches.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is advantageous.Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) are highly preferred.Relevant training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is desirable.Continuous professional development in HR technology and cloud solutions is expected.
