**Job description**
Kerala Travels Interserve Ltd., a Premier Travel & Tourism Firm, is searching for Customer Happiness Officers between 5 and 10 years of experience. Ideally a graduate from the field of Travel and Tourism, he/she would be responsible for:
- Creating and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. To resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that customers are satisfied.
- Ensuring that all the transactions with the customers are smooth and hassle free.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keep Administration informed about such cases.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Providing unmatched customer service through problem-solving, proper communication and empathy.
- Providing feedback to top admin regarding areas of improvement, betterment of service and to achieve customer delight.
This role involves building long-term relationships with key clients; addressing customer concerns and complaints; building relationships with key employees and customers; creating plans to address clients’ business needs; advising clients on creating profitable processes; having regular contact with customers to ensure that they are satisfied; acting as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues in needy cases; and collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Sales/ Marketing/ Reservation Executives, IBT/OBT Heads, Branch Heads & Senior Management) to address customers’ needs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
