**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Tour Packages
**Locations**: Thiruvananthapuram(Vellayambalam), Kollam (Kavanadu)

**Job Type**: Full-time ( 9 AM TO 6 PM)

**About the Role**:
Our dynamic tour company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to promote our travel packages, with a focus on engaging and serving women aged 30 and above. If you are passionate about travel, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a target-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales Conversion**:

- Identify new leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide personalized travel consultations to match client needs with our tour packages.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, travel agents, and local vendors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business.
- **Reporting & Market Analysis**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Familiarity with the local markets is a boon.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or any other field is necessary.
