You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, production teams, and designers, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the entire merchandising process, from order placement to final delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors, ensuring timely sourcing and procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories required for garment production.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of fabrics, trims, and finished garments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, including designers, production managers, and sales representatives, to ensure alignment and meet customer expectations.
- Prepare and review production schedules, closely monitoring progress and taking necessary actions to address any delays or issues.
- Provide regular updates on the status of orders, production timelines, and potential challenges to the Merchandising Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including purchase orders, cost analysis, and production reports.
- Assist in cost negotiation and pricing strategies to ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably with a focus on T-Shirt production.
- Sound knowledge of garments, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the T-Shirt industry is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
