Bag Designer

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Understand market trends and customer demands in coordination with the sales & marketing team.**
- **Study worldwide technical and design progress in sports bags segments, equipment and accessories, do comparison analysis with the brand's existing range of products and share findings and their recommendations with management for future business plans.**
- **Make product development roadmap and get approval from costing team and management**
- **Work on design, materials compositions & specifications, identify prospective vendors for supplies and do prototyping of new products with the production team.**
- **Supervise and lead the designing team for Sports Bags and Product.**
- **Participate in designing and redesigning of Components and guide team members till the desired results are obtained.**
- **Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications.**
- **Coordinating with the Production team for making Prototype or Sample as per the specification and re-working till the final approval from client is received.**
- **Complete the project work within the timeline and estimated budget.**
- **Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs.**
- **Prepare rough drafts and present ideas**
- **Conceptualize visuals based on requirements**

What You Should Have
- Graduate/Diploma Holder from NIFT or a recognized college / university
- Minimum 7 year experience in designing.
- Expert in design software and technologies such as Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrate
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
