We are now closing our seed round of funds with one of the largest D2C VCs in India and are launching a range of one-of-their-kind products —India's healthiest and tastiest milk mix yet, high protein pasta, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analysis, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience in operations, customer service, or support is a plus, but we are equally open to hiring freshers.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners

Role Description
- This is a full-time Operations Associate role in Gurugram.

Order Management:

- Process customer orders efficiently to make sure they are fulfilled and delivered.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Implement and improve order tracking systems, providing visibility to internal teams and customers.
- Analyze order data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstock or stockouts, and conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and improve inventory forecasting models based on sales trends, seasonality, and historical data.
- Track and analyze inventory turnover rates, optimizing stock for high-demand products.

Warehouse Management:

- Coordinate with warehousing partners to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Implement best practices for warehouse organization, reducing picking and packing times.
- Monitor warehouse performance KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment times, etc.) and implement improvement plans.
- Manage any issues related to warehouse product damage, loss, or shrinkage.

Shipping and Logistics Management:

- Collaborate with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders to customers.
- Monitor the performance of shipping providers, tracking KPIs such as delivery times, costs, and customer feedback.
- Manage shipping-related issues, including lost packages, delays, or incorrect deliveries.
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce delivery times and costs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with company goals.
- Provide insights on supply chain performance to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any customer complaints about delivery or product quality.

Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies across the supply chain.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve operational performance.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
