**Employee Line Support**

**Location**: Chakan

**Principle Activities**
- Be able to operate according to technical documents, operating instructions and safe-working rules.
- Effective communication to the plant and to customer contact personnel.
- Utilization of the skill to compare actual situation with standards.
- Initial analysis at customer end in case of customer complaint
- MBI.
- Responsible for rework if issues observed at customer end.
- Participate in the complaint closure (technical) activity.
- Participate during the establishment and implementation of corrective actions
- Check and confirm the effectiveness of defined actions
- Verification of changes in the product before assembling into the car
- Responsible for the compliance with the plant and customer norms of industrial safety, concerning his person.
- Responsible for the patrimonial integrity and for the appropriate use of the instruments and tools in his working area at customer end-MBI
- Responsible for the implementation of the received disposals and instructions (verbal and written) from his supervisors or other representatives.
- Showing respect in the company and at customer end is compulsory(greeting, way of addressing)
- Respects the cleanliness and tidiness on the entire area of the company and allotted area at customer end.
- Obey leader’s assignment, and could consult the problem occurred with the disciplinary supervisor.
- Looks after qualitative and faultless products in cooperation with the contact personnel's at customer end and leader.
- Takes actions or designates somebody to take special actions according to instructions.
- Awareness to production operators and quality inspectors about issues observed at customer end.

**Specialized knowledge / education**: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
**Work experience**: 2-3 years of experience from Automotive industry
**Additional knowledge**: Knowledge of wiring harness industry
