Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities

Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual sales meetings and presentations with potential customers

Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's solar power products and services

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales deals

Coordinate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new solar technologies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Familiarity with solar power technology and industry regulations

Willingness to travel within the local/regional market as needed
