**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and create engaging 3D animations and motion graphics that reflect the project's creative direction and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, including art directors, designers, and other animators, to ensure consistency and quality across all animations.
- Utilize industry-standard software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, After Effects, etc.) to animate characters, objects, environments, and visual effects.
- Create storyboards and animatics to effectively communicate animation ideas.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into animations and motion graphics to achieve the desired final product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation and motion graphics design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a 3D Animator, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role in a creative agency or studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your animation and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for 3D animation (Maya, 3ds Max, etc.) and motion graphics (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, character animation, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to take creative direction and feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Location: New Delhi / Remote**

**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
