**Educational Assistant (work from home) (FEMALE)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Support Classroom Instruction**:Collaborate with teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.

**Student Engagement**:Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities.
Motivate students to actively participate in class discussions and activities.

**Resource Management**:Prepare and organize educational materials and resources.
Assist in maintaining an organized and conducive learning space.
Manage and distribute learning materials to students as needed.

**Individualized Support**:Provide additional assistance to students who require extra help.
Collaborate with special education staff to address individualized education plans (IEPs).
Monitor and report student progress to teachers and parents.

**Administrative Tasks**:Assist in record-keeping and maintaining student files.
Handle routine administrative tasks to support the teaching staff.
Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers as needed.

**Technology Integration**:Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms.
Assist in the integration of technology into the learning environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
Experience working with diverse student populations is desirable.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Patience and empathy in working with students.

**Technology**:Proficient in basic computer skills.
Familiarity with educational software and tools.

**Team Player**:Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other educational professionals.

**Adaptability**:Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the classroom environment.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
