Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC):
'¢ Perform routine quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished insulating varnishes.

'¢ Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, ASTM, ISO, etc.) and internal quality specifications.

'¢ Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments for accurate analysis.

'¢ Prepare quality reports, documentation, and certificates of analysis (COAs) for production batches.

'¢ Identify and troubleshoot any deviations or non-conformities in product quality.

Research & Development (R&D):
'¢ Assist in the development of new insulating varnish formulations to enhance performance and sustainability.

'¢ Conduct experimental trials, stability studies, and performance evaluations of new materials.

'¢ Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and material properties.

'¢ Stay updated with the latest advancements in polymer chemistry, coatings, and insulation materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

'¢ Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a related field.

'¢ Experience: 1-5 years of experience in quality control, formulation, or R&D in the chemical, coatings, or insulating varnish industry.

'¢ Strong knowledge of chemical testing methods, analytical instruments (Viscometer, FTIR, GC, etc.), and material properties.

'¢ Familiarity with polymer chemistry, resins, and coatings is a plus.

'¢ Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

'¢ Ability to work in both QC and R&D environments, balancing routine testing with innovation projects.
