**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our travel packages and services across various online platforms.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis to optimize ROI.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tour and travel industry.
- Expertise in Google Ads with a track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus.
