We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer **Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to our users, ensuring a seamless experience across our digital platforms, and contribute to the growth of our educational mission.
**Key Responsibilities:Technical Assistance**:
- Provide first-line support for user issues on platforms like Testination, Race2IAS, and other Race2Excellence tools.
- Troubleshoot app, website, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist users with onboarding processes, account setup, and navigation queries.
**Content Technology Support**:
- Collaborate with content teams to resolve technical challenges in using AI-based tools like InVideo, Renderforest, and H5P.
- Monitor and maintain the technical functionality of interactive content, ensuring alignment with platform standards.
**System Maintenance**:
- Regularly update and maintain learning app databases and backend systems.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Report and document technical issues for resolution by the development team.
**User Training and Feedback**:
- Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption of our platforms and technologies.
- Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement user-focused updates.
**Qualifications**:
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using or learning AI-based tools like H5P, InVideo, and Renderforest.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
