Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, especially in relation to GCC laws and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure timely dissemination of information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Administrative experience, preferably within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
