To supervise and coordinate plumbing operations at our project site in Gurugram, we are looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor. Strong plumbing experience, outstanding leadership qualities, and the capacity to guarantee that all plumbing work is carried out in accordance with the strictest safety and quality requirements characterize the perfect applicant.

Primary Accountabilities:
Oversee and Organize: Keep an eye on and organize the work of on-site plumbers and other associated personnel.
Make sure that plumbing installations and repairs are finished on schedule and in accordance with the project's requirements.
Quality Control: Conduct routine plumbing work inspections to make sure that project specifications and quality standards are being followed.
Find any problems or flaws in the plumbing systems and fix them right away.
Material Management: Keep an eye on how resources are being used and make sure that all plumbing suppliesare accessible as needed to prevent project delays.
Work with the procurement team to ensure that the necessary supplies are delivered on schedule.
Safety Compliance: Verify that the on-site plumbing crew is adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
Give safety instructions to all employees and make sure they are aware of them.
Documentation and Reporting:
Keep thorough records of the project's progress, the materials used, and any problems that arise.
Give the project manager and other stakeholders regular updates and reports.
Group Leadership:
Assign the plumbing team duties according to their expertise and the project specifications.
Junior plumbers can improve their knowledge and abilities by being trained and mentored.
Qualifications: A degree or diploma in civil engineering, plumbing, or a similar discipline.
ITI Plumbing qualification, or certification in a related field, is advantageous.
expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of expertise in plumbing supervision, ideally in large-scale residential or commercial projects.
