**Roles and Responsibilities**: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner - Share product details, images, pricing, and availability through digital channels - Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities - Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery - Assist walk-in clients (if applicable) at the showroom or office - Support in developing long-term relationships with wholesale and retail buyers - Provide post-sales support and address any customer complaints or queries **Required Skills**: - Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written in English and Hindi) - Customer service orientation with a pleasant and polite personality - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Basic understanding of têxtile/saree industry is a plus - Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Marketing preferred) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Application Question(s): - Are you comfortable with the following workplace policies?" 1.
