*HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software marketing executive* is responsible for promoting and selling HRMS solutions to businesses. Their role involves a blend of marketing and sales activities focused on reaching target customers, showcasing the benefits of the HRMS software, and driving business growth.
## Key Responsibilities:
1. *Market Research and Analysis*:
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position the HRMS software effectively.
- Identify target audiences, such as HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers in companies.
2. *Marketing Strategy*:
- Collaborate with product teams to highlight key features and benefits in promotional content.
3. *Lead Generation and Nurturing*:
- Generate leads through various channels such as online campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, webinars, and product demos.
4. *Content Creation*:
- Develop marketing content like blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and videos that showcase how the HRMS software solves customer pain points.
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create visually appealing and informative material.
5. *Sales Collaboration*:
- Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads, align on sales strategies, and support during the sales process.
- Participate in sales presentations, webinars, and demos to communicate the software’s value proposition.
6. *Customer Relationship Management*:
- Build relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their HR needs and demonstrating how the software can meet them.
- Collect customer feedback to help refine the software and marketing strategies.
7. *Performance Metrics*:
- Track marketing campaign performance through KPIs such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
- Use analytics tools to measure success and optimize ongoing campaigns.
8. *Brand Positioning*:
- Enhance the company’s brand visibility through public relations, partnerships, and event participation.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand voice across different platforms.
## Skills Required:
- *Marketing expertise*, particularly in B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
- *Knowledge of HR processes* and challenges to effectively communicate the value of the software.
- *Strong communication and negotiation* skills.
- *Data-driven mindset* for analyzing performance metrics and refining strategies.
- *Technical proficiency* in using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and other digital tools

Pay: ₹10,613.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
