Key responsibilities
- **Sales and Acquisition**: Find and acquire new customers through open market sales, telecalling, or following up on leads.
- **Product Promotion**: Introduce and promote the NBFC's loan products, such as unsecured business loans, to potential and existing customers.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Target Achievement**: Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

Required skills and qualifications
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
- **Customer Interaction**: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- **Sales Aptitude**: Willingness to engage in sales activities and meet sales goals.
- **Education**: Typically requires a graduation degree
- **Experience**: NBFCs, Nidhi, or insurance is often preferred, but freshers may be considered.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
