The Sales Executive in the têxtile industry is responsible for driving sales of têxtile products, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering têxtile solutions that meet those needs. The Sales Executive will work closely with production and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the têxtile market.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of têxtile products to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers.
- Understand client needs and preferences to offer appropriate têxtile solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in the têxtile industry.
- Acquire detailed knowledge of the company's têxtile products, including fabrics, patterns, and manufacturing processes.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the têxtile sector.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- **Order Management**:

- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of têxtile products.
- Handle any issues related to order discrepancies, returns, or customer complaints.
- **Sales and Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to têxtile products.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s têxtile offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of têxtile materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities effectively.

**Educational Background**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales within the têxtile industry or a related field is advantageous.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be necessary to accommodate client schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
