**Responsibilities**:
Exhibition Research: Stay informed about upcoming exhibitions, expos, and relevant events across the country. Maintain a comprehensive database of potential opportunities.

Communication: Act as the main point of contact between our agency, the brand, and the expo/exhibition organizing teams. Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Stall Set-Up: Collaborate with the brand to understand their requirements and coordinate the stall set-up process. Ensure all logístical elements are in place for a successful exhibition.

Real-time Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the exhibition. Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach to handle unexpected situations.

Budget Management: Work closely with the agency and brand to manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency in all exhibition-related activities.

Coordination with Multiple Teams: Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and the brand's representatives to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.

Post-Event Analysis: Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess the success of each exhibition. Gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in exhibition coordination or a related field.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time challenges effectively.

Knowledge of the exhibition industry and current trends.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
