JOB ROLE:

- Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of the Technical Support team to ensure an effective support service.
- Manage, develop, administer and technically support our technical team.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Technical Services team to develop and deliver long-term solutions to meet user needs.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new client.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation. etc

**Technical Support Requirements**:

- B.TECH, Post-Graduation in relevant field.
- 2-4 years experience in IT Industry.
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AWS/Linux/ASTERISKS
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Ernakulam - 682021, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
