**Eligible criteria**:

- Interested in working with children especially of marginalized communities.
- Interested about the different career goals of our children.
- Graduates in any discipline.
- Open to learning, listening and having confidence to debate.
- Agree to travel within West Bengal and open to work for long hours.
- Working Knowledge in digital platforms.
- Skills in facilitation, and organization.
- Age criteria: within 34 years.

**Objectives of this role**
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Overviewing the project and ensuring program goals are reached.
- Manage budget and monitor expenses for maximum productivity.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with project head, cross-functional team to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Manage program for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
- Identify key requirements for the beneficiaries and external vendors.
- Develop and manage budget for project and be accountable for delivering against established objectives
- Work with the other program head to identify risks and opportunities across the project outside and within Ek Tara.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Outreach activities (Individually and accompany the Program head) to different school, college or Institutions regarding the vision of the program. Home visits and monitoring visits for the beneficiaries when required.
- Event arrangements and meeting arrangements and keeping logistics for the activities.
- Updating of child file and write reports for progress and achievements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
