Your medical expertise and passion for innovation will drive the development of RamSoft’s AI-driven software and platform to meet the dynamic needs of radiologists and other healthcare professionals globally.

**AI-Driven Radiology Solutions**:

- Utilize your radiology expertise to steer the creation of AI-driven solutions that address key challenges in the healthcare sector.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate advanced AI functionalities into our suite of software products.

**Enhancing Radiology Workflows**:

- Work with diverse teams to ensure product features are finely tuned to the nuanced demands of radiology practitioners.

**Customer-Focused Product Innovation**:

- Synthesize research outcomes into actionable product design specifications.
- Develop and foster collaboration with academic institutions globally to conduct research, perform studies, and publish papers/presentations using RamSoft’s platform.

**Empathetic Design and Problem-Solving**:

- Employ empathy to uncover and address the core issues affecting our customers, transforming these insights into meaningful product enhancements.
- Manage challenging customers by understanding their clinical objectives and designing creative solutions to meet or exceed their expectations
- Champion a user-first design philosophy, collaborating with UX teams to ensure our software genuinely solves real-world healthcare challenges.

**Strategic Product Leadership**:

- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, ensuring both the strategic success and financial viability of our product offerings.
- Spearhead product development cycles and go-to-market strategies for new releases.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to gauge product performance and user satisfaction.
- Lead in-depth technical and market analyses to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Engage with customers to gather detailed product requirements, with a special focus on medical imaging and radiology workflow integration.
- Explore market trends to define the product's vision and long-term strategy, capitalizing on your expertise in medical imaging and radiology workflows.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to generate precise product requirements and testing protocols.
- Prioritize and schedule product features for upcoming releases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and product management, providing expert insights into medical imaging software and radiology practices.
- Work closely with Leadership to coordinate product management efforts and release planning.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to support the product's success.
- Travel will be required within India and to global radiology conferences including RSNA

**What will you bring to RamSoft?**

**Professional Experience**:

- A minimum of 5 years of professional practice as a radiologist.
- Practical involvement with medical imaging AI.

**Educational Background**:

- A Medical Degree complemented by real-world radiology experience.

**Innovation Expertise**:

- Academic publications, presentations, and deep connections in India and globally.
