Visa Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Application Assessment & Verification**:
- Evaluate client profiles to determine eligibility for various visa types (tourist, business, work, etc.).
- Review and verify all supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and advise clients on corrective actions.
**2. Client Consultation & Support**:
- Communicate clearly about processing timelines, fees, and potential outcomes.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Establish and maintain communication with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
- Manage follow-ups, interview appointments, and additional documentation requests.
- Ensure smooth coordination and resolution of procedural issues with concerned authorities.
**5. Compliance & Policy Updates**:
- Stay updated on immigration laws, consular policies, and international travel regulations.
- Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
**6. Record Keeping & Confidentiality**:
- Handle all sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Visa filing: 2 years (preferred)
**Location**:
- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra (preferred)
