**About the organization and Job Description on Immediate Opening**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Onboarding and empaneling Subject Matter experts and academic content writers to meet client and project needs
- Plan and allocate projects to Subject Matter expert meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
- Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required.
- Arrange and deliver client deliverables to in time
- Question Bank Management and Data base management
- Subject Matter Coordination and internal employees and colleague coordination
- Proofread and Questions and Answer checking obtained from Subject Matter Experts.
- Allotting work to Academic content writers/ Subject matter experts and following-up for submission before deadlines.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Quickly adaptable to different styles of writing
- Possess strong research skills
- Have good understanding of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Have strong communication skills, as well reading skills
- Have content strategy (can be able to read between the lines)
- Must have ability to deal with deadlines
- Coordinating with and meeting various educators form different branches of the education
- Creating and maintaining content as per the need of the clients
- Filing and data management
**Educational Qualification and Skillset Requirement**:
Any Graduation / Masters + Completed PhD or with Continued Research or similar background or Graduate in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- 1-3 years of experience in Project management, KPO, back-office are preferred
- Must be ready to put in extra effort and hours to meet project and business needs
- Problem solver and self-starter
- Time management, organizational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G-Suite.
- Willing to do research using multiple sources
**Experience**:
Total work: up to 10 years (preferred)
**Salary Range**:
Salary offer will be made strictly based on interview and aptitude and we give salary hike as per industry standards, Maximum up to 10- 15% hike on current salary.
1: Current CTC break up and offer letter of last/ current company with last three pay slips
2: Notice Period (the profile demands immediate joiners within 15 days)
3: Probable Joining Date (the profile demands immediate joiners within 5 days)
5: Experience as research fellow and work in education domain is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
