Job Title: Night Shift Receptionist

Reports to: Front Office Manager/ Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and key card management.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle emergency situations, such as fire alarms or medical emergencies, in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (training provided).
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,426.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Night shift
