Job Role : Sales Executive Location - Malkapur, Buldhana, Maharashtra Working hours - 9:30 to 6:30 PM Working days - Monday to Saturday Weekly off - Sunday **Job Type**: Inside Sales About the Role FinnovationZ is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales executive to propel our growth by acquiring new customers and building meaningful connections with prospects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach, particularly among students and educational institutions, by presenting tailored learning solutions both online and offline. Key Responsibilities - Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Handle inbound inquiries while performing cold calls daily to reach out to fresh and existing leads. - Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers. - Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience. - Present FinnovationZ’s offerings in a compelling manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our financial education programs. - Negotiate and close sales deals, driving business growth. - Accurately track and document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Desired Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the ed-tech sector. **Skills**: - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in negotiation and relationship-building. - Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple leads simultaneously. - A strong passion for education and familiarity with FinnovationZ's products.
