**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliveries**: Safely deliver packages, documents, and other items to specified locations on time.
- **Collections**: Collect payments, documents, or items from clients as required.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including recipient information and delivery status.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the company’s vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the supervisor on completed tasks and any issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness for handling packages and driving for extended periods.
