**Responsibilities**:

- As a Coordinator for the ViA project at United Way Mumbai, your key responsibilities include:
1. Team Management and Planning:

- Effectively manage the team of 5 trainers responsible for planning flow and timelines of program execution
- Ensure smooth execution of activities by raising payment requests for vendor payments, monthly compensation, and reimbursement of expenses
- 2. Reporting and Facilitation
- Manage all reporting mechanisms, including updating calendars and facilitating weekly progress update meetings
- Share weekly updates on accomplished projects and planned activities for the following week through team calls
- 3. Outreach and Engagement:

- Engage in outreach and mobilization efforts to target 40 schools for program participation
- Conduct and schedule follow-up activities with 40 schools to ensure program engagement and participation
- 4. Quality Assurance and Support:

- Ensure all program materials such as posters and worksheets are of good quality, scanned, and uploaded accurately to the drive at specified intervals
- Report any local challenges to the Project Lead for resolution and provide the necessary support to address them
- 5. Program Implementation and Training:

- Oversee the implementation of the VIA Awareness and Commitment phases in 90 schools across Pune.
- Organize and conduct VIA Creative City events in these cities to identify winning teams for the VIA Creative National Finals
- Conduct VIA ambassador activities with selected students to further the mission of creating safe mobility ambassadors in schools
- 6. Training and Capacity Building:

- Conduct one day of in-person Training of Teachers for selected teachers at city schools to ensure the successful implementation of follow-up ambassador activities
- 7. Ambassador Activities:

- Organize and conduct VIA Ambassador activities for at least 400 selected ambassadors according to the agreed-upon plan.**Profile Requisite**:

- Experience working with children or in school environments
- Graphics Design skills are preferred- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to engage in fieldwork, interact with schools and collaborate with- school teachers-
- Ability to assist in logistic work for program events- Graduates, preferably from social sciences background.- Strong commitment to promoting road safety-
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Hindi, Marathi-
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- MS word and Excel operations and presentations-
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams collaboratively-
- Demonstrable experience in road safety education or similar fields is preferred.- Minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Open to travel and field visits.

Remuneration: Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit, the salary range is INR 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA.
