Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
- Answer all queries professionally as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain a record of visitors/calls and follow appropriate security procedures.
- Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
- Assist finance department with book-keeping, preparation of budgets, and other tasks.
- Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Manage office supplies across all floors.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
